This is a small-sized graphic 128*64 COG LCD module, it is FSTN LCD in positive transflective mode with white backlight to present a classic black-on-white display effect, which is clear and easy to read. It is graphic 128*64 COG module equipped with the ST7565 driver IC and a 20PIN interface, supporting dual serial/parallel interface option.
